  • 1 750 ml bottle Prosecco, or favorite sparkling wine
  • 1 pt Raspberry Sorbet
  • 8 flat bottomed fluted glassware

Instructions
 

  • Place one scoop of sorbet in each glass.
  • Fill with Prosecco and serve immediately.
