Low carb matcha waffle – grain-free  Delivering antioxidants, energy, fiber, protein in the form of a delicious low-sugar treat that tastes like a cinnamon roll. These are great fresh but work really well when frozen and saved for later.  Hooked on matcha because of the clean focused energy along with the nutrient boost.

Ingredients
for 1 serving (2 waffles)
2 eggs
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup coconut flour
2 tsp matcha powder*
2 tsp collagen
1 scoop plant protein
1 tbsp coconut butter
1 tbsp almond butter
1 squirt vanilla stevia
Mix and pour into griddle or pan
Top with lakanto maple, nut butter or eat on the go
