Instructions
  1.   2. Print on card stock and cutout where indicated. Punch a hole on each side, using a hole punch.
  3. Insert a 15″ piece of ribbon through one hole, tie a knot to secure then repeat for the other side.
  4. If using the Charlie Chaplin mask, cut out the mustache, adhere double-sided tape to the back then place over lip.
  5. Tie to your head and enjoy the laughs.
Notes
Make sure you cut the eyeholes large enough. You want to be able to make a beeline for all those treats!
