Total time:
Serves: 4 servings
Ingredients
  • ½ cup rum, optional
  • ½ cup coconut cream (available at most grocery or liquor stores)
  • ¼ cup coconut milk, optional (available at most grocery or liquor stores)
  • ¼ cup pineapple chunks
  • 6 cups ice
  • 4 baby bottles
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a large blender and blend at high speed until completely blended. If not using coconut milk, add another ¼ cup of coconut cream.
  2. Pour into baby bottles (or tall Highball glasses) and serve with a straw.
Notes
Use extra wide straws so the piña colada doesn’t get stuck. If needed, make small slices in the bottle nipples so the straw will fit.
