Cranberry Bark Recipe

Our festive cranberry bark recipe is your no-fuss solution for cramped holiday schedules and it only involves 4 ingredients!

  • 12 oz Ghirardelli white chocolate
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup pretzel sticks
  • coarse salt, optional

Instructions
 

  • Heat an inch or two of water in a small saucepan over low heat. Place a medium bowl over the water and bring the water to a simmer. Add the wafers to the bowl and melt until completely smooth.
  • Place parchment paper in a small baking sheet or jelly roll pan. Spread chocolate in pan and top with dried cranberries and pretzel sticks. Press lightly into the chocolate and sprinkle with coarse salt, if desired. Let cool and break into chunks. Enjoy!

Notes

This is a great snack if you are gluten-free. Simply substitute the pretzel sticks with the gluten-free variety!
