Fill a bowl or glass with ingredients in this order: berries, yogurt sweetened with natural sweetener, rolled oats or sliced almonds and one last layer of fruit.
Serve immediately or refrigerate overnight.
Notes
We used Stevia to sweeten our plain yogurt but any natural sweetener will do. Try agave syrup, monk fruit or coconut sugar!
