mint leaves

bourbon

fresh mint
for garnish
Instructions
Muddle
mint leaves, sugar and water in a cocktail shaker or small pitcher until leaves are crushed and sugar is completely dissolved then add bourbon.
Fill glass with crushed ice then strain mixture into glass. Garnish with mint sprigs and serve with a straw.
Notes
If you have mint in your garden, which grows like a weed, making this cocktail is a great way to get rid of your stock!
