Combine melted butter, lemon juice, honey, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and salt in a large mixing bowl. Add peeled and deveined shrimp, toss to coat and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees and transfer shrimp into a 2-qt baking dish and bake for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until shrimp are cooked through.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley, garnish with lemon wedges and serve shrimp over angel hair pasta or with plenty of crusty French bread for sopping up all of the wonderful sauce.
