Ingredients

peppermint leaves
1
cup
vodka
good-quality
Instructions
Chop mint leaves and add to a clean glass jar.
Cover mint completely with vodka.
Seal tightly and leave in a cool dark place for 8–12 weeks, shaking occasionally.
Strain and store the extract in an airtight container indefinitely.
Notes
Make sure the leaves are completely submerged to prevent the leaves from molding!
