Let your slow cooker work its magic to make this pulled BBQ chicken recipe. A tasty sauce makes it tender to shred for sandwiches whenever you’re ready!

  • Rinse the chicken under cool water, trim and set aside. Pour barbecue sauce, chicken broth, bouillon, garlic powder, onion and Worcestershire sauce into the slow cooker then stir to combine.
  • Add chicken to the sauce, cover and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours. Just before serving, use a wooden spoon to break it into shreds. Once the chicken is shredded, allow it to cook in the sauce until thickened. Serve as-is or with a little extra barbecue sauce on the side. Enjoy!

Notes

You don’t need to wait all day for this meal—cook it on high instead of low to cut down the time.
