Our homemade apple vinaigrette dressing is super easy, inexpensive, and made with fresh ingredients!

Ingredients

cups
apple cider

Tbsp
honey
1/4
tsp
ground cinnamon
kosher salt
to taste
ground pepper
to taste
1/4
cup
apple cider vinegar
2/3
cup
olive oil
Instructions
Add apple cider, apple cider vinegar, honey, cinnamon, salt and pepper to blender. Blend ingredients on low speed.
Add olive oil in slow stream while blending then add additional salt and pepper to taste.
Serve fresh, leftover vinaigrette is good up to a week.
Notes
Freshly squeezed apple cider isn’t always in season, but apple cider juice works just as well for this recipe!
