Ingredients

sesame seed buns

Dijon mustard
1
lb
pastrami
thinly sliced

slices
Gouda cheese
heavy-duty aluminum foil
Instructions
Slice buns–almost in half then spread Dijon mustard between the buns.
Pile on pastrami and layer the cheese then wrap sandwiches in aluminum foil.
Place on top shelf of grill and cook 5 minutes.
Notes
Did you know? Traditional New York pastrami is made from brisket, cured in brine and coated with spices and smoked. Yum!
