Ingredients

  • 8 sesame seed buns
  • 3 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 lb pastrami thinly sliced
  • 8 slices Gouda cheese
  • heavy-duty aluminum foil

Instructions

  • Slice buns–almost in half then spread Dijon mustard between the buns.
  • Pile on pastrami and layer the cheese then wrap sandwiches in aluminum foil.
  • Place on top shelf of grill and cook 5 minutes.

Notes
