This recipe takes the typical martini up a sweet notch. It's perfect for combining after dinner drinks and dessert in one.

Martini Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate ice cream
  • 1 1/2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz vanilla liqueur
  • 1/2 cup ice

Toppings

  • chocolate syrup for drizzle
  • 1 handful cookie pop

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients, (except the chocolate syrup and cookie pop) in the blender and blend until smooth. Add more ice cream or ice to reach the desired consistency.
  • Drizzle chocolate syrup into a martini glass, then pour in the drink.
  • Skewer together a few pieces of Cookie Pop and add on top to elevate your drink to the next level.
