Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, and milk.
  • Once combined, add the beef and pork. Use your hand to gently fold everything together until just combined. Don’t overmix the meat mixture.
  • Spoon about ¼ cup mixture and form each meatball. Place onto the baking sheet and bake for about 15-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
  • While the meatballs are baking, pour the cranberry sauce ingredients into a skillet over medium high heat. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until the cranberries have cooked down and the sauce has thickened.
  • Pour the cooked meatballs into the sauce and toss.
  • Serve alongside your favorite sides and enjoy!
