Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, green onion, cranberries, and black pepper until well combined.
Spread some of the cream cheese mixture onto a tortilla, spreading evenly over the entire tortilla. Lay a slice of the turkey or some shredded turkey on top of the cream cheese mixture.
Gently roll the tortilla over the turkey and cream cheese, rolling up until fully closed. The cream cheese should help the tortilla stick to itself.
Use a serrated knife to cut the tortilla log into several 1-2 inch sections. Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
