  • In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, green onion, cranberries, and black pepper until well combined.
  • Spread some of the cream cheese mixture onto a tortilla, spreading evenly over the entire tortilla. Lay a slice of the turkey or some shredded turkey on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  • Gently roll the tortilla over the turkey and cream cheese, rolling up until fully closed. The cream cheese should help the tortilla stick to itself.
  • Use a serrated knife to cut the tortilla log into several 1-2 inch sections. Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
