  • In a small bowl, mix together the harissa, maple syrup, olive oil, and salt until smooth. Place the salmon on a prep surface skin-side down and spread the harissa mixture over the top of the filet
  • Transfer the filet to the air fryer and cook at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 8-12 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon, or until cooked through to desired doneness and flakes with a fork
  • Let rest for 5 minutes then enjoy!
