  • Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Spread the bread pieces in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, then toss and toast for another 10-15 minutes, until dried out.
  • Spread the bread cubes in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Scatter the cubes of cream cheese over the bread. Scatter the berries over the bread.
  • Whisk together the eggs, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla. Pour over the bread cubes.
  • Let sit for about 1 hour, then preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Cover, transfer to the oven, and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and continue to bake for about 10 minutes or until the egg mixture is set and the bread is golden brown.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes, then dust with powdered sugar. Slice and serve with maple syrup to drizzle on top as well.
