  • Spray a 9” x 13” baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Break up the cinnamon rolls into bite-sized pieces and place in the baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until they are uniformly yellow. Add the milk and salt and whisk until smooth. Pour mixture over the rolls being careful to soak all pieces with the milk mixture. Let pieces soak for 1 hour.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place in the oven and bake for 45-50 minutes or until set. Enjoy!

Notes

Replace the regular milk with chocolate milk and sprinkle with chocolate chips for a decadent version of this delicious dessert!
