  • 3-4 strawberries sliced
  • 5 leaves fresh mint
  • 1 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • 3-4 oz coconut rum
  • 1 splash club soda

let's do it
 

  • Combine strawberries, mint and sugar in a cocktail shaker then muddle using a wooden spoon.
  • Add ice and liquid ingredients then shake and strain into glasses filled with ice.
  • Garnish with a fresh sprig of mint, if desired then serve immediately. Enjoy!
