This summer strawberry mojitos recipe is so easy! Just muddle strawberries and fresh mint with a little sugar, then add rum and a splash of club soda.

Ingredients
3-4
strawberries
sliced

leaves
fresh mint
1
Tbsp
granulated sugar
3-4
oz
coconut rum
1
splash
club soda
Instructions
Combine strawberries, mint and sugar in a cocktail shaker then
muddle
using a wooden spoon.
Add ice and liquid ingredients then shake and strain into glasses filled with ice.
Garnish with a fresh sprig of mint, if desired then serve immediately. Enjoy!
Notes
By muddling the mint you are releasing all of that wonderful flavor that will make these mojitos truly refreshing!
