This homemade almond pie crust recipe is easy to make using a few common pantry ingredients and is perfect for no-bake pies!

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9" pie dish with cooking spray.
  • Pulse the sliced almonds in the food processor until they are finely chopped. Add the flour, sugar and salt and pulse a few more times until the ingredients are just combined. Pour in melted butter and pulse until a coarse paste forms.
  • Press the crust mixture into the pie dish using a flat-bottomed cup such as a measuring cup.
  • Bake the crust 8–10 minutes until golden brown then remove from the oven to cool.

Notes
