  • Combine vodka, coffee-flavored liqueur and mint chocolate chip ice cream in a blender then pulse until you reach the desired consistency. If the shake is too thick, add milk as needed then pulse once again. Pour shake into glasses then top with whipped cream if desired. Serve immediately!

Notes

If you want to make this shake electric green, add 1 drop of green food coloring into the blender when adding the other ingredients!
