Instructions

  • Combine lime juice, sugar and muddled mint in a cocktail shaker. Stir well, crushing mint slightly.
  • Add ice and remaining liquid ingredients then stir. Strain mixture into serving glasses filled with ice then garnish with fresh lime, mint and pomegranate seeds, if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

Oftentimes you can find pre-packaged pomegranate seeds in the produce aisle of your local supermarket!
