Remove skin and bones from salmon, cut into individual portions then place in a shallow dish. In a small bowl, stir together brown sugar, honey, soy sauce and sriracha until sugar and honey are dissolved. Pour over fish then marinate for at least 2 hours or up to 8 hours, turning once halfway through.
Place an oven rack about 6" from the top heating element and preheat oven to broil. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil then lightly coat with cooking spray. Remove fish from marinade and place on a baking sheet. Transfer marinade into a small saucepan.
Broil fish for about 8 minutes per inch of thickness for medium or until fish flakes when gently pressed with a fork. Remove from oven then set aside to rest.
Place saucepan with reserved marinade over medium heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low then allow marinade to simmer for about 4–5 minutes or until thickened slightly.
Brush or spoon a light layer of glaze over fish and serve right away with additional sauce on the side.
Notes
Because this recipe calls for you to broil the fish, make sure you’re close by the oven while it cooks—the fish will be ready to serve in a flash!
