Ingredients

all-purpose flour

whole milk

Instructions
Sift all dry ingredients into medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix until just combined.
Divide batter equally between 2 microwave safe mugs.
Cook 1 at a time, 1−2 minutes each then allow to cool slightly. Garnish as desired,
Enjoy while still warm.
Notes
Add chocolate chips or chopped nuts to the batter to amp up the texture of your 5-minute cake!
