A quick and easy stir together of the glaze and a swift spell under the broiler is all you need to make honey mustard glazed salmon!

  • Position oven rack so that top of the salmon filets are about 4-5 inches from the heating element. Preheat to broil setting. For easy cleanup, line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray lightly with cooking spray.
  • Blot salmon filets with paper towel to remove all moisture from the surface then place skin side down on the baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, stir together brown sugar, mustard, honey and salt until well mixed. Spread glaze over the top of the salmon in an even layer and then sprinkle lightly with pepper.
  • Place salmon under the broiler and cook for about 8-12 minutes depending on thickness and desired doneness. Check frequently and reposition pan or rotate as necessary for even cooking and to avoid scorching. Remove from oven and allow salmon to rest for 3 or 4 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
