Ingredients

plastic portion cups

water
1/2
cup
granulated sugar
2
1/4 oz packages
unflavored gelatin
3/4
cup
Goldschläger
6 oz
1/4
cup
vanilla flavored vodka
2 oz
Instructions
Add water and sugar to small saucepan, stir to dissolve sugar. Sprinkle gelatin over sugar water; allow to dissolve 5 minutes.
Heat mixture over medium-high heat until hot but not boiling; ensure sugar and gelatin are completely dissolved.
Remove from heat; add Goldschlager and vodka, stir to combine. Pour mixture into individual 2 oz portion cups.
Refrigerate until firmly set, at least 2 hours. Remove from cups (optional) and serve cold.
Notes
Right before serving, dip plastic portion cups into a bath of hot water for just a few seconds, and they’ll slide right out.
