Ingredients

  • 10 2 oz plastic portion cups
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 1/4 oz packages unflavored gelatin
  • 3/4 cup Goldschläger 6 oz
  • 1/4 cup vanilla flavored vodka 2 oz

Instructions

  • Add water and sugar to small saucepan, stir to dissolve sugar. Sprinkle gelatin over sugar water; allow to dissolve 5 minutes.
  • Heat mixture over medium-high heat until hot but not boiling; ensure sugar and gelatin are completely dissolved.
  • Remove from heat; add Goldschlager and vodka, stir to combine. Pour mixture into individual 2 oz portion cups.
  • Refrigerate until firmly set, at least 2 hours. Remove from cups (optional) and serve cold.

Notes

Right before serving, dip plastic portion cups into a bath of hot water for just a few seconds, and they’ll slide right out.
