Instructions

  • Combine whipped topping and water in mixing bowl and blend completely. Pour into a wax paper lined baking pan and freeze, 4 hours minimum.
  • Remove mixture and wax paper from pan and use cookie cutters to cut out marshmallow shapes.

Notes

They not only look amazing, but they cool down your hot cocoa, too!
