Ingredients

oz can
artichoke hearts
drained and quartered

oz
feta cheese
finely crumbled
1
clove
garlic
minced
1/2
cup
Parmesan cheese
shredded
1/2
cup
red pepper
diced
3/4
cup
light mayonnaise
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together in bowl and pour into shallow baking dish. Bake 25-30 minutes until top begins to brown.
Serve with chips or veggies. Enjoy!
