Ingredients
grapefruit and basil

Instructions
To make grapefruit and basil flavored water, use a spatula or back of large wooden spoon to bruise the basil. Place basil in bottom of pitcher, add water and let steep about 2 hours. Cut grapefruit into thick slices and discard end pieces. Add grapefruit and ice to pitcher and chill another 2 hours before serving. Add ice as needed.
To make lemon and rosemary flavored water, use a spatula or back of large wooden spoon to bruise the rosemary. Place rosemary in bottom of pitcher, add water and let steep about 2 hours. Cut lemon into thick slices and discard end pieces. Add lemon and ice to pitcher and chill another 2 hours before serving. Add ice as needed.
To make sweet pepper flavored water, halve mini peppers and remove seeds. Place peppers in bottom of pitcher, add water and ice and chill for 4 hours before serving. Add ice as needed.
