Ingredients
4ozconcentrated coffeeor 2 shots espresso
3/4cupunsweetened almond milk
2tbspheavy cream
2tbspraw cashews
1tbspmonk fruit sweetener
1tspvanilla bean pasteor sub vanilla extract
Ice
Instructions
Combine all ingredients, except ice, in a high speed blender and blend until completely smooth, about 1-2 minutes. (Make sure your coffee is cooled down before adding it to the blender.)
Fill your serving glass with ice and pour over ice. Enjoy!
