Ingredients

  • 4 oz concentrated coffee or 2 shots espresso
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp raw cashews
  • 1 tbsp golden monk fruit sweetener
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • pinch of sea salt
  • Ice

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until completely smooth, about 1-2 minutes. (Make sure the coffee is completely cooled before adding it to the blender.)
  • Fill your serving glass with ice and pour over ice. Enjoy!
