These Air Fryer Cauliflower Buffalo "Wings" are a super healthy snack that are Whole 30 compliant, Paleo, Gluten-Free, and Vegan.

  • Air Fryer



  • 1 head cauliflower cut into bite sized florets
  • 1/4 cup Whole 30 compliant buffalo sauce plus more for serving
  • 1 tbsp arrowroot starch
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • pinch of salt and pepper

Whole 30 Ranch

  • 1/2 cup whole 30 compliant mayo
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives finely chopped
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Make the cauliflower by tossing all ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Toss until all the cauliflower is completely coated in the buffalo sauce and seasonings.
  • Spread evenly into the air fryer and air fry for 15 minutes at 400º until crispy.
  • Mix together all ingredients for the ranch.
  • Serve cauliflower with a drizzle more of buffalo sauce and with a side of homemade ranch!
