Ingredients

Chocolate Mousse

  • 3/4 cup vanilla flavored milk (coconut, almond, and oat milk are all delicious)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 banana frozen preferred, if not add a handful of ice
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 ripe avocado
  • 1 tsp instant coffee or 3 oz of coffee, cooled
  • 2 tbsp chocolate or vanilla protein powder optional

Topping

Instructions

  • Place all chocolate mousse ingredients into any standard blender and blend until smooth. (Do not include topping ingredients.)
  • Place in the fridge for 15-20 minutes to allow it to thicken up.
  • Top with whip cream and candy pop, and enjoy!
