This weekend, why not sip on a lively and festive drink? Our St. Germain and champagne cocktail is dry with a sweet citrus flair. Crack open the bubbly!
Bring simple syrup ingredients to a boil in a saucepan then let simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and strain ingredients through a sieve into a measuring cup and set aside.
Combine all cocktail ingredients in a small pitcher or cocktail shaker with ice then stir until combined completely. Pour into glasses filled with fresh ice then add a wedge of fresh lemon into each, if desired. Serve immediately.

Any extra simple syrup can be safely stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
