Heat the balsamic vinegar and honey in a small pan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes to slightly thicken and reduce. Pour into a bowl and put in a warm place. It will get too stiff to pour if it gets cold.
Arrange the spinach, chicken slices, strawberries and walnut halves on individual plates or in a serving bowl. Drizzle the balsamic dressing over all and enjoy!
