Ingredients
1/2cupbalsamic vinegar
2Tbsphoney
16 oz bagbaby spinach
1/2lbchicken breastgrilled, thinly sliced
1cupstrawberriessliced
1/2cupwalnutshalves
Instructions
Heat the balsamic vinegar and honey in a small pan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes to slightly thicken and reduce. Pour into a bowl and put in a warm place. It will get too stiff to pour if it gets cold.
Arrange the spinach, chicken slices, strawberries and walnut halves on individual plates or in a serving bowl. Drizzle the balsamic dressing over all and enjoy!
Notes
Try adding a little goat cheese or fresh feta if you crave a little something extra!
