Our easy homemade red wine vinaigrette dressing recipe turns an ordinary salad into a super-healthy one with all the benefits that red wine has to offer.

Ingredients

cup
red wine vinegar
1
tbsp
green onions
finely minced
1
clove
garlic
minced

tsp
Dijon mustard
1
Tbsp
honey
1
cup
oil
1/4
tsp
dried oregano
1
tsp
kosher salt
1/4
tsp
cracked pepper
Instructions
Place vinegar, green onion, garlic, mustard and honey into medium mixing bowl and whisk until combined.
Slowly pour in oil while whisking until all oil is incorporated. Add oregano, salt and pepper and whisk until salt is dissolved.
Place in resealable container and refrigerate for at least one hour. Shake or whisk ingredients to emulsify before serving.
Notes
Put your own twist on our recipe by replacing the oregano with an herb of your choice.
