Ingredients
Rosé Champagneor sparkling wine, well chilled
raspberries
baby basil
champagne flute
largewooden spoon
Instructions
Fill Champagne flute almost full with Rosé and gently spoon in a raspberry or two.
Bruise basil by pressing it against a cutting board with a large wooden spoon (this will help release the herb's essential oils and aromas) and float atop the drink.
Serve immediately, and then repeat!
