  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a standard loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the mashed bananas, coconut sugar, eggs, vanilla, butter, and Greek yogurt until well combined.
  • Fold in the flour, protein powder, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Be sure not to overmix.
  • Spread mixture into the loaf pan and bake in the preheated oven for about 45-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
