Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a standard loaf pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together the mashed bananas, coconut sugar, eggs, vanilla, butter, and Greek yogurt until well combined.
Fold in the flour, protein powder, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Be sure not to overmix.
Spread mixture into the loaf pan and bake in the preheated oven for about 45-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
