Cut the carrots into fry shapes and place in a large bowl. Drizzle with the oil and sprinkle with the cornstarch, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Toss and mix with tongs to coat the carrots.
Place in the basket of the air fryer, working in batches if needed. Air fry at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until browned and tender with some crispy edges.
Sprinkle with another pinch of salt after cooking and enjoy!
