  • Cut the carrots into fry shapes and place in a large bowl. Drizzle with the oil and sprinkle with the cornstarch, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Toss and mix with tongs to coat the carrots.
  • Place in the basket of the air fryer, working in batches if needed. Air fry at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until browned and tender with some crispy edges.
  • Sprinkle with another pinch of salt after cooking and enjoy!
