This Greek yogurt pizza dough is a great way to up the protein content in your pizza while still keeping it just as crave worthy.

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 475 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a bowl, mix together the flour, greek yogurt, olive oil, and salt until it forms a dough. Knead on a floured surface for about 2 minutes, sprinkling the dough with more flour if it becomes too sticky to knead. Form into a ball and let rest for 10-15 minutes at room temperature.
  • Using a floured rolling pin on a floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle or circle. Transfer to an oiled baking sheet.
  • Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until puffed up, golden, and cooked through. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Top the crust with pizza sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese, then other toppings if desired.
  • Continue baking for 8-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and browned as desired. Let cool for 2-3 minutes before slicing and serving.
