Greek Yogurt Pizza Dough Recipe Tips:
+ It’s probably obvious, but make sure you used an unflavored Greek yogurt in this recipe. You don’t want a vanilla flavored pizza crust.

Greek Yogurt Pizza Dough
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour, plus more if needed
- 2/3 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
Pizza Toppings
- pizza sauce
- mozzarella cheese
- other toppings as desired
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 475 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, greek yogurt, olive oil, and salt until it forms a dough. Knead on a floured surface for about 2 minutes, sprinkling the dough with more flour if it becomes too sticky to knead. Form into a ball and let rest for 10-15 minutes at room temperature.
- Using a floured rolling pin on a floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle or circle. Transfer to an oiled baking sheet.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until puffed up, golden, and cooked through. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Top the crust with pizza sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese, then other toppings if desired.
- Continue baking for 8-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and browned as desired. Let cool for 2-3 minutes before slicing and serving.
