Toss the pineapple, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl until completely coated.
Working in batches, place the pineapple pieces into the air-fryer leaving space between each piece. Spray with avocado oil.
Air-fry on 425 degrees for 5-7 minutes, checking at the 5 minutes mark. Every air-fryer is different and may require more or less time so keep an eye on it.
Let cool for 3-5 minutes, then enjoy! Top with coconut whipped cream if desired.
