Drain the tofu and cut into three ½" large slices.
In a bowl, whisk together the vinegar, coconut aminos, garlic powder, honey, dijon, parsley, anda pinch of salt and pepper.
Place each piece of tofu in a shallow baking dish and pour the marinade over the top. Let marinate for 30 minutes, then flip the tofu over and marinate for another 30 minutes.
Lightly grease the grill grates. Preheat the grill to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Once heated, grill thetofu for about 3-5 mintues per side. The tofu should easily flip/not stick to the grill.
Once the tofu is done, brush a little bit of the marinade over the top
Garnish with green onion, red pepper flake, and more parsely if desired and enjoy!
