- 8 oz dark chocolate
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce plus more to drizzle
- 1/2 cup pretzel pieces
- 1/2 cup Granny Smith apples finely diced
- flaky salt optional for topping
Break the chocolate up into a microwave-safe bowl along with the coconut oil. Melt in 20 second intervals, stirring between until completely melted.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the melted chocolate over the top. Spread evenly.
Dollop the caramel into the chocolate and use a knife to swirl it into the chocolate.
Sprinkle the pretzel pieces and diced apples evenly over the top. Drizzle with a little more caramel if desired.
Sprinkle with flaky salt if using, then place into the freezer to set for 30 minutes.
Once completely set, break apart and enjoy!
