Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Whisk together the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, oregano, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes until combined.
Lightly brush each side of the chicken tenders with a little bit of olive oil, then coat each side with the seasoning.
Bake for 8 minutes, then flip and bake another 8 minutes. Broil for 2-3 minutes to achieve that "blackened" finish.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
