  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Whisk together the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, oregano, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes until combined.
  • Lightly brush each side of the chicken tenders with a little bit of olive oil, then coat each side with the seasoning.
  • Bake for 8 minutes, then flip and bake another 8 minutes. Broil for 2-3 minutes to achieve that "blackened" finish.
