Ingredients

  • 5 oz jar pimento-stuffed green olives
  • 8 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp olive brine
  • 1/3 cup blue cheese crumbles plus more to top

Instructions

  • Drain the olives and reserve 2 tbsp of the olive brine.
  • Chop the olives into small pieces.
  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
  • Add the sour cream, chopped olives, olive brine, and blue cheese. Beat until completely combined.
  • Pour into desired serving dish and top with more blue cheese crumbles if desired. Serve with crackers or veggies and enjoy!
