1 sheet pan
Ingredients
6large carrotswashed and sliced into ½” thick slices
3Cosmic Crisp® Applessliced into ¼-½” thick slices
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper if needed.
Add the carrots, apples, olive oil, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, rosemary, and thyme to the baking sheet. Toss until everything is combined.
Roast for 12 minutes then stir and roast for another 10 minutes.
Meanwhile whisk together the melted butter and maple.
When the last 10 minutes are up, remove the pan from the oven. Remove the thyme and rosemary sprigs, then pour the butter and maple over the top and toss until everything is combined.
Turn the oven to broil and broil for 3-7 minutes or until everything is tender and just beginning to char and crisp up. Just watch the sheet pan during this step since every oven varies on time needed with broiling.
Let cool for about 5 minutes before serving and enjoy!
