In a large mixing bowl combine the Greek yogurt, cream cheese, mayo, chipotle powder, chili powder, paprika, lime juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until combined.
Fold in the sweet corn, cilantro, red onion, and cotija. Garnish with more cilantro and lime wedges if desired. Serve alongside your favorite tortilla chips and enjoy!
